From Engineering to Professional Coaching

Hi! I am Tammy, a mother of three, ages 5, 10, and 13. I pursued an engineering career for about a decade while raising my kids. 

Throughout that period, I encountered the strain of striving to excel both at work and home, coupled with the burden of societal pressures and the evolving landscape of parenting, I realized the necessity of establishing fresh personal boundaries and redefining what an effective parenting approach would entail for myself and my family. 

So as I delved into the realm of parenting, my passion grew, compelling me to pursue certification as a professional parent coach. 

My goal is to assist you in navigating contemporary parenting challenges in a way that is aligned with your individual needs! 

 I am the owner of Bonding Boost, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and a Youth, Parent, and Family Coach (CYPFC). I was trained by WCI (World Coach Institute) which is credentialed by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). 

Besides providing parenting coach services, I devote my time to producing Playground Talks, a parenting podcast for busy parents who want to own their parenting style, be knowledgeable, and feel confident and joy in their parenting journey!    

I am not about pitching or preaching, but rather listening, providing strategies, and discovering together what works best for you and your kids.
