Why Bonding Boost was established?
As a child, I was sensitive and empathetic, drawn to listening and understanding others. Despite this, societal pressures led me to pursue a logical, analytical path in engineering, ignoring my emotional instincts.
Over time, I realized there is a toll to dismissing my feelings. Becoming a mother was a turning point, as I discovered the immense value of emotional validation in raising happy, independent, and healthy children.
Acknowledging the importance of social-emotional learning in parenting, I searched for ways to hold love, logic, and limits (boundaries) to foster healthier relationships and experience greater parental satisfaction.
This journey taught me the power of compassion for oneself and others, offering transformative change by setting boundaries with different tools than the ones available for the previous generation.
My mission now is to help you to set effective boundaries while boosting your confidence bond with your kids!
