Why Bonding Boost Was Established?
As a child, I was sensitive and drawn to listening and understanding others. Despite this, societal pressures led me to pursue a logical, analytical path in engineering, ignoring my emotional instincts.
Over time, I realized there is a toll to dismissing my feelings. Becoming a mother was a turning point, as I discovered the immense value of emotional validation in raising happy, independent, and healthy children.
Acknowledging the importance of social-emotional learning in parenting, I searched for ways to hold love, logic, and limits to foster healthier relationships and experience greater parental satisfaction.
This journey taught me the power of compassion for oneself and others. It offered transformative change by setting boundaries with tools different from those available to the previous generation. My mission now is to help you to set effective boundaries while boosting your confidence and bond with your kids!
